CHAPTER IX. “FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS” – Art. I EUCHARISTIC CONGRESSES – I. PRAYER FOR THE SUCCESS OF EUCHARISTIC CONGRESSES
601. O Jesus, who art really, truly and substantially present in the Blessed Sacrament to be the food of our souls, deign to bless and bring to a successful issue all Eucharistic congresses and gatherings, and especially the coming congress… Be Thou the inspiration of their labors, resolutions and vows; accept graciously the solemn homage there rendered to Thee; enkindle the hearts of priests and faithful, of parents and children, so that frequent and daily Communion as well as the early Communion of little children may be held in honor in all the countries of the world; and grant that the Kingship of the Sacred Heart over human society may everywhere be acknowledged. Sacred Heart of Jesus, bless the Congress. Saint Paschal Baylon, pray for us. An indulgence of 300 days. NOTE: The same indulgences are attached to any other prayer for Eucharistic Congresses that is approved by the local Ordinary (S. P. Ap., June 21, 1927).
Every prayer may be eligible for a partial indulgence, under Grant 15. The specific reference in the 'Manuel of Indulgences' is as follows: A partial indulgence is granted to the faithful who for their personal edification devoutly spend time in mental prayer.

This concludes the Traditional Indulgences
Every prayer/practice that we evaluated today is taken from the last approved publication of the Raccolta. The Raccolta was once the official book/document/list of approved Indulgences. In its last publication there were 780+ individualized prayers/practices that were approved for gaining indulgences.
In 1967 indulgence practices were revised so that indulgences are now, today, granted more in the style of “category” of prayers/practices rather than individually. This leaves me with the question: how do the indulgenced prayers/practices from the Raccolta (traditional indulgence) line up with the indulgences of today? That question is what this “study” seeks to answer.
